This project focused on automating the design of custom LED lighting boards using AI. The solution analyzed available LED component inventory and automatically placed LEDs on circuit boards to achieve the target brightness and color tone specified by customers.

Before this system, engineers manually designed layouts and performed inventory-based calculations in Excel to meet customer requirements, a time-consuming and error-prone process. With the AI-powered solution, the entire placement process was automated, reducing design time from hours to under 5 minutes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal use of inventory.
